At The Bookbash, we’re committed to delivering your books quickly and reliably across the United States.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so keep an eye out!
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package anytime through the carrier’s website.
6. Delays or Issues
While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or courier issues. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, please contact our support team.
7. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your address before confirming your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 7 days so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
